Arabian Company for Trading, a major leader in the field of glass accessories and automatic doors is currently expanding its operations in Egypt and is currently opening the following vacancies:
  As an executive secretary, you will be the right arm of the top management and holder for confidential documents. Your job tasks shall include the following tasks: 
  • The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the company, main activities include:
  o Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
  o Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
  o Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  o Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference tel. calls.
  • Type confidential documents on a word-processing system.
  • Act as a focal point between different departments/staff and top management.
  • Capable to demonstrate strong communication, administrative and verbal skills through taking meeting agendas, and action to do meetings.
  • Capable of understanding top management instructions and converting them into written professional business emails. 
Requirements:
  • Age: 25-30 years.
  • Educations:  Bachelor degree of business administration or relevant bachelor degree is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional business, secretarial experiences. 
  • Must be Cairo resident: Heliopolis, Nasr City is preferred.
  • Excellent English language in addition second language (French/German) will be an added value.
  • Excellent communication, administrative skills.
  • Capable to work under pressure and for long hours.
  • The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
  o Office administration.
  o An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
  o Team building, bookkeeping skills.
  o Analytical and problem solving skills.
  o Decision making skills in addition to effective verbal and listening.
  o Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level.
  o Stress management & Time management skills
